Twang plans a socially-distanced graduation celebration for San Antonio area graduates with door prizes, photo opportunities and more

Local San Antonio companies Twang, Rico’s, Pizza Patrón, San Antonio Current, Santikos, Rico’s, Wide Awake Creative and San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology are joining together to help celebrate recent graduates that may have had their graduation ceremonies canceled or impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Grad Slam 2020 will be a way for this year’s graduates of all levels (pre-k through college) to get a chance to celebrate with their families safely. The drive-thru style celebration will allow graduates to take photos against a backdrop, collect gift bags while supplies last from the participating companies and more. Grads are encouraged to bring their own props to take individual shots or photos with their families. Additionally, a $100 Visa gift card will be raffled off every hour. This event is free and open to the public.

Gift Bags will include:
Twangerz flavored salts
● Rico’s Queso Pronto coupons
● Pizza Patrón free pizza coupon and other swag
● Santikos movie pass
● And more!

Graduates and their families are encouraged to RSVP for Grad Slam 2020 HERE.

Proper social distancing measures will be followed by the event staff and participants will be asked to comply with appropriate guidelines set in place for the event.
