A Night in Old San Antonio, or NIOSA, is dependably one of Fiesta's biggest draws. Despite new pandemic-inspired limits on crowd size, plenty of folks showed up for Tuesday's opening night — and they were clearly in the mood to eat, drink and have a blast.
